Buy VINEGAR in the supermarket and just spritz the branches. Rinse after 5 minutes. Bleach has less than 70% kill ratio for most bacteria, etc., while vinegar is up in the 90's. Vinegar is more environmentally safe. I use it with a natural dish liquid ( about a teaspoon to a quart ,sold in health food stores) to clean & disinfect all my cages, decor, rocks, etc.
