I was wondering if it would be ok if i just feed my bearded dragon kale greens and other wgreens with super worms and thats it. No crickets. Thanks for any help.

How old is your dragon? Younger ones need more protein than older ones. Even older animals still need some protein. If it's just crickets that you don't like try roaches, silkies or supers, pellet may also be a choice. Also kale is a calcium binder, I'd either supplement with it or switch to something else.

OK, you can probably feed her mostly salad. For adults I go 80% greens 20% animal (generalization, each animal is different). She will still need some protein, so I wouldn't go straight salad, but there are ways to get it without crickets.

I would stay away from kale for the reasons Sean said. Greens like collards, mustard, turnip, beet, and dandalions are all good choices. If you dragons is not big enough for suppers, you can use freshly molted mealworms until it is. I would also highly recommend adding rep-cal pellets to the salad or eith the t-rex BD VGF or VMF. The last two products are whole food powders that you mix with the greens. They add a potent boost of macro and micro nutrients to the greens.
