Very soon. Maybe tonight. Check around the edges, usually on the big end, and see if there is a slit, that is where the head will come from. Good luck and get the camera ready.

Whoa.. don't have much time to get ready for them, do I? I read that you should keep them in the incubator for a couple days after so they can absorb their yolk.. should I do this? I seperated the collapsed eggs from the other eggs and stuck them in a deli cup with a damp paper towel.. I don't want them to run around and turn the other eggs and have perlite sticking on their bodies. Thanks.

I usually stick an extra container in the incubator with some damp paper towel in the bottom. After they hatch I remove them to this for 24 hours or so (until they are up and running around). Can't really tell you how fast it goes, some will be out in no time, others will get there head out and then sit there for hours and take a nap. If it goes like most clutches, some will probably go tonight, the majority tomorrow, and then some straglers over the next few days. Good luck, Congratulations and keep us updated.
