what wattage of flexwatt to use? and other questions...

I'm going to be buying new cages over the next three weeks (need to space out the spending ) and I'm going to need to put flexwatt tape on the bottom. I need to know what wattage of flexwatt I should use, where the cheapest place to buy about 8 feet from, and it is sticky itself correct? I've just never used it so I want to make sure I know what I need before I go and buy it. Okie dokie, thanks!
