Hello Z,

To the Girl always thirsting for sources and knowledge...

Have you checked back issues of Reptile hobbyist and Vivarium?

There are articles (Some material very dated but with some interesting info) On Corucia zebrata.

One in particular is a Martin Balsai article in a 1997 issue of VIVARIUM. Although he stated Corucia has no meaning in the name, (We know that Grey named it for the Play of Colors Corucia {Latin-Shimmering} he has several older references on Corucia with a list of articles at the end. If you are not familar with this article-You might want to check it out for the other older references. You may find some answers to some of your earlier questions if you want to take the research time. It might involve hours at a library looking at Microfiche.

Sincerely,
Brian

Thanks Brian. I actually have a request in our interlibrary loan system for the Balsai article and a few others. Seems the university doesn't carry reptile trade magazines for some reason. <G>

Hopefully I'll get my articles soon!

If you actually want the whole back issue(s) for that Vivarium, you might try contacting some of the reptile/amphibian specialty shops. I purchased the Vivarium back issue with the PTS article and photos about a year ago from the East Bay Vivarium in Berkeley CA. At the time the had quite a few of the back issues for sale. Maybe E-bay as well?
Cheers, Jess b
