Well i just caught a corn snake today, about 16 inches and it was the calmest snake i ever heard...Unfortunately i had to let it go in the field near my house.....How big do corn snakes get??? How are there temperments? and any other info i should know if i wanted to get one...thanks

Where do you live? Are you sure it was a corn? A lot of people confuse eastern milksnakes with corns.
Corns get an average length of about 4 feet. I've never come across a mean cornsnake. I'm sure there are some out there, but for the most part they seem to be the best snakes if you want one with a nice temperament.
Get "The Corn Snake Manual" by Kathy Love. It has most of the info you may need.

Im almost positive it was a corn...but now you got me thinking so im gonna go look at some pics of the milksnake now..haha

Well if you live in Florida, you're right it probably was a corn. It just seems like a lot of people who find eastern milksnakes mistake them for cornsnakes.
