Why are some of the different morphs so expensive? I've seen some as high as $800. Is this due to rarity or simply the fact that they look nice? Or do many morphs just cost a lot because they are different?

Actually some leos are being sold for over a thousand dollars...I know www.urbangecko.com has some around a thousand if you want to look...there's others who do to, but I can't remember them.

What if you spent 4-10 years developing a 95% carrot tail and you can only get 30 bucks a piece.
