I want to make a purchase from Susan Donoghue/Walkabout Farm and have emailed and called and gotten no reply. Anyone know if they/she is still in business?

yup, she's still in business. I find it may take her several days to reply (usually with an apology ) as she gets very busy. If you tried over the weekend try again in a day or two. In the future plan accordingly that you'll need the extra time. You can also print out the order and mail it (personally i like to make the contact with her

hey i'm just wondering why ur always telling everyone what your pets are.. no matter what you're talking about. I think it's kinda pointless but alright..

if you are wondering about the list in the bottom it is a setting that is automatically set in User Profiles. If you read others you will see that MANY of us do this. As for a reason, it can be helpful to see what others have. Say I am thinking of getting a crested gecko and I see that you and 5 other folks here have one I may ask those people for advice rather than going to a different forum right away where I don't know people yet (you know, that friendliness factor )

The numbers in front refer to the ratio of gender: 1:1 is one male and one female; 0:1 means female only.

So, it is not meant to be arrogant or just for the hell of it (though it may be for some) but more as a tool to be used by everyone. If you are interested in setting your own go to the Users Prefs link at the top of the page.
