Save age for females to breed?

It is a combination of BOTH. Minimum of 300 grams and also over 12 months old... Those are minimum guidelines.

Better to wait until the female in question has finished most if not all of her own growing before breeding her.

I breed at a minimum of 350 grams and the youngest I have ever bred one of my dragons was at 14 months.
