This is the stuff that can make iceberg lettuce healthy right?Anyone use it?It adds protein?I hope its what I thought it was because I just ordered 3 bottles of it!

It will make any vegtable healthier, but I would not choose iceberg since ther are many other healther choices. I usually use collard,dandilion, or mustard greens. Yes, it has alot of high quality protien, more than crickets even by dry wieght.

What it does is makes the veggies a complete food rather than just a carbohydrate with some vitamins.

O lol I wasn't gonna feed him iceberg lettuce!I feed him collard greens right now.
