New JCP -- acclimation time?

Hello.

I just got a yearling femals JCP. As with other snakes, I'm planning on letting her acclimate to her new surroundings for about a week before I offer food or handle her. That's correct, right?

Sounds like a good idea. I got my hatchling 03 not to long ago and gave it a good 5 days before offering food. Ate like a champ.
