i've just recently built my second melmine rack.it has 10 holes that fit sterlite 41qt. tubs sideways or 1 blanket box and 1 sweater box or 3 sweater boxes.the top rack is always cool,right now the top level is 78.3,the 5th level (from the top)is 85.8 and the 8th level 82.5,these temps are consistant.the herp power is set at 84.there's 3 inch 6 watt flexwatt two inches from the back wall.the back and bottom have 3/4" foam board gluded in place.every other rack that i'm aware of heats higher temps as you go futher to the top.any ideas???
