Would a leo eat a vegetable?

I used to have a few Chinese Water Dragons, and I know that I would feed them crickets often, but I'd always have a little dish of lettuce and tomato chopped up really finely. I know that nobody feeds there leos this, but would they eat it?

not all leos do. but i fed my leos some apple yesterday. he seemed to like it.
