Is there any relatively simple means of determining sex in P. Bicolor or Terribilis? Maybe a slightly different SVL or body shape? Any input would be appreciated.

it may be hard to sex them. phyllobates are extreme gluttons, getting fat and obese.
if there is any indication of a darkened throat or of a loud trill noise, it is a male.
I have some bicolors that have just reached 1 year old and one of them has the black throat patch and has been calling since his 11th month. That is about the only indicator I can see out of the 3 I have. They are very bold frogs and I have been right by the tank and he started to call facing me.That was when I had my beard so maybe he thought I was a male that was moving in to his territory,LOL.
