Wonderful news!

Okay so I went to Lowes and got the shelf liner stuff that you recommended. About 10 minutes after I was done setting his cage back up and putting him in I heard him pouncing around in there. Of course I had to see what was going on since I haven't heard that kind of noise coming from his cage. He was eating! So far he's downed 5 crix.
Should I put some more in there tonight? Lights go off at 8:00 and it's about 7:40 or should I just wait til tomorrow?

Thank you so much for your advice Lisa!

I'll post some pics as soon as I figure out how to upload them.

Glad he is eating them now

Make sure you always give him AT LEAST an hour with the lights on after his last meal. You do not want his undigested food rotting in his gut.
