I'm all for knowledgable hobbyists deworming their own stock, but I have to say, this does not sound like a flagellate or other nematode problem. This is classic coccidia (which smell extremely bad and are very difficult to get rid of - requires strict sanitation to eliminate these)or a bacterial infection. You need to get a fecal looked at in this case. Good luck.
