Banded water snake quseion?

What does a banded water snake eat? theres on roughly 3-4 ft long and im have a hard time tring to get it out of our pond. the pond i big. ill post pics later on in the day.

In the enviroment you are discribing, which is ideal for just about any watersnakes, the snake you are describing will more then likely be eating frogs mostly and fish when it can catch them. Although most make up a big part of the diet fish in a pond generally stay deeper unless it's a shallow pond, or an ornamental fish pond where the fish are trained to be in easy access areas such as the surface or edges of the pond.

Is there a way i can make a trap for the snake. i have a lots of bulfrong desent size fpr the snake to sallow.this ppond is huge. Its aroubg 8 ft deep in the middle and then it get shallow on the beach side.Do you know and soulitions??

I have caught Northern water snakes and crayfish snakes in standard gees minnow traps. just make sure you put some foam inside so they float, otherwise the snake may drown. Place the trap near cover and either add a frog for bait, or just let it trap minnows.
