is that just a powder to put on top of the insects? Im wondering because maybe that could give ralph more energy if i made a tea of something from it. Anyone?

You could put it in something delicious and give it to him with a little syringe (needleless). Like fruit flavored baby food. My dragon associates the syringe with food now and attacks it on sight. Pretty cute.

I don't see why not. I would add something that he actually likes the taste of. Maybe mix it with apple juice or something and syringe feed it to him.

aside from what has been mentioned, you could just pick up a bottle of the crested gecko diet. The CGD is fomulated to be a complete food with just adding water, the ICB is really formulated to balance out the nutrient value of insects...it is alot higher in calcium than the CGD. You can mix up the CGD a little thiner than suggested on the bottle and syringe feed it.
good luck
