0.1 ball just devoured four pinkies...whole. No constricting...just...swallowed them down moving and squeaking. Is this bad..?

a HATCHLING BP can be eating weaned mice, not 4 pinkies. That is a TINY meal. Even if they are rat pinkies it is still a small meal.

I realized that when I got them, so tomorrow I'll get fuzz or hoppers, sometimes I forget how wide they can open their jaws.

are you talking about mice or rats?
if mice i suggest get a weaned or small adult. If rats then yea large fuzzies or small hopprs.

My Kingsnake does this on a regular basis. I think they know instinctually that it would cost more energywise for them to constrict than to swallow a harmless prey item whole. Most BP's can start with something bigger than pinks. I will bet that if you start feeding your BP something with teeth(a larger prey item), it will constrict it first.
