Trying to find a female Herman Tort

Hi! Does anyone know where or who I can contact to buy a young prefer baby female Herman tortoise? Thanks!!!! I'm in Northern California but I will have her shipped from anywhere if possible.

Becki, East Bay Vivarium has hatchling Hermann's tortoises in sometimes, although I think they're out of them right now. There is no where else that I know of around here, and no breeders that I could find.

You do know that Hermann's can't be sexed until they're about 5 years old? I'm not sure about temperature sexing, but you couldn't confirm that until maturity, either.

Thanks! I actually found someone that was on this site that had Herman hatchlings so I bought one. The little guy or gal will be here Tuesday morning. We can't wait. One little guy just isn't enough! I have to have at least one more.
