There are not really "ice dragons", the whiter morphs are Snows, Hypos, and the Hypomelanistics. The Snows and hypos are the same type of dragons; reduced coloration, more white coloration insted of darker grey, sometimes patternless, I have two snows right now. The Hypomelanistics are the ones that have reduced pigmentation so they can't get as dark as normal dragons, and the can't show the same darker colors. These include the pastels and "leucistics". You can get these from many breeders, Rob and Vickie Dachiu, Kevin Dunne at Dragons Den, and I have some that just hatched. Also, Fire and Ice Dragons sells them, but I have never dealt with them yet.
Red Dragons vary from breeder to breeder. You can also get these from the above breeders. They are going to cost from about 70$-250$ depending on the breeder. The snows run from as little as 60$ all the way up to about 250$ depending on white color.
I picked up a snow baby from Terri at Fire and Ice back in January. Terri has very nice dragons and she is a pleasure to deal with
