Dear Friends,

According to my knowledge, most of the States are not permitted to export American box turtles. Do this apply to every State in US?

thx inadvance

My understanding is that CITES protection is nationwide, when it comes to international trade. You may be thinking of various inter- and intra-state regulations, which is different.
Try asking your question on the Herp Law forum (here on Kingsnake), where you'll probably get an in-depth explanation.
