I know there's links on anapsid.org by country and state, to all kinds of herp organizations. You might be able to find the info there. And your skink is adorable

Monkey Tails make great pets. They are slow, dont run under the sofa like their cousins Blue Tongues and Fire Skinks, they love to climb, like iguanas, to explore the house, like iguanas too, they love to sleep under our hair and can be VERY sweet if you have time and patience to tame them!By the way, they are MUCH, but MUCH, more easier to tame than iguanas!

I just had to comment about this. We've had a few Monkey Tails here and I can attest to the fact that you really don't want to be bitten by a cranky adult. I have experienced bites from Tegus, Iguanas, Monitors, Chameleons, etc, but the most painful bite I ever received was from a PTS! This particular lizard caught me on the ring finger and bit right thru my fingernail and tip. The crushing pain was so intense!! Her name was Ginger but we lovingly called her "Gingibitis". LOL

Several days (2,3 weeks)ago, i rescued my second monkey tail from a bad petshop.I treated it, but it was scared and bit my finger while i was petting its neck and after bit my nose when i tried to kiss its snout. I do love Monkey Tails and i knew that could happen!lol! Its not a good idea to kiss or to pet a scared reptile you have just brought home!lol!I dont know whether that MTS was too weak, whether it was too young (around 20/21 inches lenght) or whether it liked me, but the bites didnt hurt me too much.2 drops of blood and a small cut thats all!Even my nose didnt look bad the other day and i could go to work without anybody laughing at me!

I have 30 reptiles at home.I have 3 adult male iguanas, 2 mts, 1 bearded dragon, a croc skink, a gecko, 2 uros, a few turtles and tortoises, a few samanders and 2 Blue Tongue Skinks. The only ones that as soon as i arrive home i go straight to say " hello" are my MTS! I love them soo much, they are sooo sweet with me!Perhaps im lucky, perhaps they still are juvies, i dont know, but the worst reptile bite i have had was Godzilla's bite! Godzilla is (was?) my 7/8 years old alpha male iguana that i was obliged to adopt out because he became too wild after i brought others male iguanas to live in my house.

By the way, do you know how to sex MTSs? I would like to sex my second MTS.
