I don't know what to tell you...the bumps look like hemipene bumps...but the pores are pretty indistinct.... maybe its a hermaphrodite.....lol

you can see little bump in females. Male are more Visable than Females.

usually the females bumps are a lot smaller though....those are very prominent bumps...I think the only way to tell for sure would be to expose it to a(nother?) female and see what the reaction is. Even if its through a screen so they aren't really actually exposed to each other, but will be able to see and smell each other.

Male:

Male are more define in Bugles than females and females can has bumps but not very clear as MALE.
Female:

That one looks similar to the female but you can see bumps but not as define as male are.

It probably is female...but I still think the bulges look like a male's...they are not small, and are definitely larger than the ones you have pictured or any of the bulges my females have.

males and females both have thenma and some females more distict and some males less.... if i was sexing that leo i would say without a doubt a male
