hey i came back from spring this week and i took my snake out and noticed his belly was red and the scales were really dry on his belly, almost flaky, i gave him water and made the tank more humid but he hasnt gotten any better. wat exactly should I do? I came back and he had no water left. I can include pics if needed.

It sounds like he is going into shed...You need to soak him to get moisture under the old scales.. for an hour or 2 , not just ten minutes. you can also ntry putting him in a damp pillow case.
also keep the humidity level high until he is done shedding

he shed about 4.5 weeks ago, so i think it is too soon for him to be shedding again.

my snake max shed less than 3 weeks ago and his eyes clouded over yesterday morning.
so 4.5 weeks is sefinately not too soon for a shed.

yup ur right, my friend just came over, and he knows snakes in an out and said my snake is about to shed again. thanks for the help though, kinda paranoid since this is my first snake.

i wanted to take pics just now but my digital camera is acting up and he's all curled up and doesnt want to straight out for the life of him, i did look at some parts towards the tail and he seems to be getting better.
