Is breeding boas anything like breeding ball pythons?

Is this a retarded question?....lol. I have been breeding balls for a while now and we recently purchased a couple of high end boas. ANy help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Sort of except for the egg part? . I personally like livebearers for this reason. I just have sand boas, though, so I can't really answer.
