Gravid female and the WORM MAN

Jbuggs20 Mar 19, 2004 06:16 AM

Someone a few weeks back put a picture up on the forum of thier female leopard leaned up on the side of the tank gravid.. Now I look at my leopard and there are some things thats match.. I check on her atleast 2-3 times a day and it seems the buldges keep moving closer to her tail everyday.. I bought her and im pretty sure she was gravid then by a male that is missing in action. About how much longer should it be before I start to worry she was rather large when i got her and keeps getting bigger and the eggs seem to be moving down her body. I have had her for close to 2 weeks and the changes are dramatic. I bought 1000 medium mealworms from the wormman the other day I recieved them yesterday they are much smaller then exscpected so I ordered 2000 large ones. I was wondering if anyone has bought worms from wormman before and is it worth the price difference between large mealworms and giant mealworms? Also, can you mix species of worms in the same rubbermaid like mealworms and superworms together?

I have done business with wormman, I wasn't happy personally. From the time I placed my order until I recieved one alive, took a month! I use Bassetts cricket ranch and have for 3 shipments totally happy! As far as worms go, meal worms can be kept in the fridge, super worms are tropic and cannot be kept in the fridge. I found that out the hard way! LOL
