I posted before but got no reply, I know the picture is bad and since I can't get the picture itself to show up I'll leave a link. I really want to know what he is so I can find a care sheet or whatever and take care of him the best way possible. He has bars on his hind legs and a recent shed has revealed that he is also not smooth skinned. He is mostly a really dark green but his head has a really light green on it, his belly is white. I have yet to see him eat, however crickets have been provided as well as mealworms.

Looks like he might be a spring peeper, I am not sure though. THe picture was a litter blury.

It's either a bullfrog or a freen frog, can't tell for sure which since your pic is so blurry though.
