I remember when my little chameleon was like this. Your iguana sounds maybe deydrated. Is it possible to get it to an exotic vet? Go to your local petstore, they should have stuff that will help nourish your iguana. Maybe, even want him to eat food again. Petsmarts a good start to look.
You'll be even luckier if you have a reliable petstore.
