Well she has been at the vets (actually, a very experienced breeder here in northern CA) for about a week and a half, and is almost back to normal. According to him, she did not have a "cold", but he had no idea what the problem was. I guess the isolation combined with perfect conditions has brought her back! Anyway, thanks again for all the advice.
