you run the risk of provoking a regurg during shed. there's little to be gained. I don't feed my snakes when they're in shed.

have no fear, they won't be at all harmed by skipping a meal. Don't overfeed them after they shed....even if you think they might like extra to make up for the missed meal, it's more likely to stress them and if they overeat they may regurgitate. Just go on as you normally would with their feeding schedule.
