I went to my local pet store yesterday to get a Uvb bulb for my cage before I get my new dragon. But the tubes that I seen said they only produce like 4-5% uvb and 7-8% uv rays. Would this be fine for a source of uvb?

Did you see a brand called Repti-Sun 5.0? This is the one I would recommend, or go for the 7-8% UVB. That is my opinion.
I can't recall the brand, I know it was 20 bucks though.
