Mating question.....

lcgeckos Mar 20, 2004 12:13 PM

Okay, my male and female are together today. The male is vibrating and pretty much following the female's every move. The female keep wagging her tail at the male, but when he gets close she runs away, like she's teasing him. I don't want to stress her out, so at this point is this okay? Does she not accept his advances?

Hi

She sounds a little nervous and a little unsure. If she has never matted before, it might take her a little bit of time to figure out what is up here. Also, if she has been kept in a tank by herself, she won't quite be used to having another gecko in her tank.

She sounds fine right now, so don't worry.
