I just purchased a beautiful new Hypo Tang male leo, and tried to introduce him to my female normal, who is about 1 time smaller than him but not small enough to eat (over a year old). She came out of her hide box and approached him slowly and licked his face, he licked hers and they went their separate ways for a moment. A second later she went back to the male and they stood head to tail, tail to head, upright and alert. The female wiggled the tip of her tail at him and he wiggled his back, so I removed her as as far as I understand tail-wagging is a bad sign.. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I wait until she gets bigger before I put her in with him?
