I was wondering

WIth regards to dmac77's post on mating.
What do snakes do in the wild? no one is there to keep them apart so they dont mate too young so what are the chances that the female would be ok in the wild? Just a thought as I was reading the posts.
Honestly I admire everyone here who does breed, I wish I could but not having the time and resources to do so wouldnt be a good idea I only have one snake and dream of having more but for now I get my fix by coming here and looking at the wonderful pics everyone post.
Thanks for that

In the wild you don't have the inmature males and females trapped together.
The males will be attracted to females that are emitting the feramones? signaling they are ready to mate.
When trapped together if the male gets "spring fever" he will go after whatever is there whether she is ready or not.
