I know there is probably a lot of variation but of the various popular bugs-crickets, silkworms, small and large mealworms- how many can your dragon put away at one meal? How often do you buy? Online or petshop? (Or are you really energetic and breed your own?)
Are dragon appetites level or do they, like us, eat more some days than others? Do you let them eat as much as they want?

I don't feed mealworms as they are hard for them to digest (the chitin). I feed superworms, which are softer, but I only give them as treats. Silks and crickets are the staple live prey for my dragons, I only give a few superworms or waxworms every few days or so. So I would say that you should not give mealworms (my opinion), and anyways, they should not constitute a "meal".

To try to answer some more, mine definitely have days where they eat more than others. I have one girl that is super thick, I don't think gravid but ?, and i think she could eat a couple hundred if I let her. I keep there greens dish full at all times so that they are there for them to eat, except night.

Where is the cheapest place to buy superworms. I usually get my Beardie food from Reptilefood.com but they dont sell supers.

They call Super worms Zyphora or something like that my spelling is terrible
