Solved my little eating problem

fadetolemons Mar 21, 2004 08:37 AM

Alright, I was worried that one of my leos wasn't eating but I figured it out yesterday- Stamps will only eat mealworms, Treble will eat both crickets and mealworms, and Wedge will only eat crickets. Therefore, I'll need to have both all the time, which is what i've been doing. I'll have a bowl of mealworms for them, and give them some crickets, but I also take some of the mealworms out of the bowl and place them near the leos for them to see/eat. Is it ok to mix calcium in with the mealworms' meal so they eat it and then the leos eat them? Also, is it ok to take ome of the structures out of the tank so my leos aren't hiding anymore while i feed them? Like at dinnertime i'll take out one or 2 of their major hiding spaces. Thanks!
