lovesallanimals Mar 21, 2004 04:13 PM

I hate to be stupid I was really looking into getting a frog but I wanted to know if their were any that did not eat bugs. I have a 10 gallon tank and can get anything else that it would need. If u know of any let me know Thanks.

African clawed frogs do not require invert prey. They can live quite happily on assorted frozen/freeze-dried/pelleted foods available in the tropical fish sections of most stores. They need about 20 gallons per frog. Same food requirements with african dwarf frogs, though it would probably be okay to keep one per 10 gallons.
