I could be wrong but i think its an alligator cement figure. I seem to remember someone posting a pic of their dragon laying on a little alligator statue.

Yes, it is a cement alligator figure. Fuego loves to bask on it. Maybe he is showing it who is boss. Funny thing is, whenever people come over they always look at it first and think that is my dragon!! I didn't think it was that "life-like".
