I have a beautiful California Desert Kingsnake, who eats pretty well and sheads wonderfully. It's a nice snake, but everytime my husband or I try to hold it, we end up with musk all over us. Not only does this snake let a big load out on to you, but it makes it a point to wipe it on you by flicking his tail around. We have a total of 7 snakes, all of which we like to handle on a fairly regular basis, but this one just hasn't tamed up. We're getting to a point now, where we should try to cut down the amount of animals in the house, so we are going to try to find this kingsnake a new home. I made up some flyers and posted them around, but I don't know what else to do. I do want to sell the snake, not just give it away, any suggestions would be very helpful. The only 2 of the 7 snakes that we could part with is a young ball python and this kingsnake, we also may find new homes for our male and female leopard gecko as well. Please, any tips you may have would be appreciated! BLaCkRaiN4604@aol.com
