Is it just me or do gophers ALWAYS LOOK ANGRY???

So misunderstood they are. In fact, if you ever come across a big bullsnake in the wild, give it a big kiss on the lips. Kidding. Don't do that.

Hi there:

After keeping them for awhile, they start to not look that way anymore to you, but yes, I know exactly what you mean. It's because of the black band covering their sunken eyes.
