having some restrictions with my breeders...can anyone help?

hello everyone,
i am having a little problem here. i would like to breed my snakes but i have come across a little problem. my breedable female is a black mexican king and my breedable male is an amel corn. has anyone ever tried to cross they're breeds and can offer any tips. or should i just foorget the idea of breeding them together...

If you want to breed them, please find them a mate of the same species.

Man...why would you want to do a thing like that??? I mean seriously??? Is this a joke post or something? If it's not, I think I'd try and find the proper SAME TYPE mates for your 2 poor snakes if I were you. I can't believe you would even DREAM of doing something like this, holy crap!!! I know there are a lot of people out there who like hybrids, and I don't mind the odd one myself providing it's something that could actually intergrade naturally, but PLEASE rethink this before you actually attempt to go through with it, and if you do, do me (and others here I'm sure) a favour and crow about it on the hybrid forum instead of here. I have a lot more to say but I'll leave it at that for now.

Red,

Even if the king didn't eat the corn snake and they somehow bred successfully, you wouldn't find much of a market for the babies. Both snakes are inexpensive, and it would be easy to get proper mates for them.

You will find that most serious breeders HATE hybrids.
