female veiled

Hi

I have a female veiled cham I live in Herts in England

my question is : Do you always have to dust the crickets and locusts with nutrobal ??

and is there any other fruit that can be fed to my cham ??

Stephen-

Not sure what you are using to dust with, but probably a calcium vitamin supplement. Is your chameleon inside under a UVB light, if so then you will need to use a supplement with D3 if outside then don't use D3. How old is the veiled, veileds are prone to MBD so it is important to provide proper dustings when young. I would say that you should be dusting every other meal. To much of the stuff can be just as bad as to little. If it is an older veiled 1 year plus then dusting twice a week should be fine. Hope this helps!
