I have a youngen and want to make the switch, what would be the best approach?

Thats the easy part. once it is taking p/k, f/t is easy. Mine took a week from there. All you have to do is, take the frozen one out and thaw it, then place it in a bag and warm it up by letting it sit in warm water. Then take it out, when it is kind of warm, make sure the head is warm to, and then use your tongs, and it should take it in a heart beat.
Believe it or not, mine will take F/T before they completely thaw. They'll be room temp on the outside, but you can feel the icy insides.
