Actually that was kind of my point, its no where, because its not needed. Believe me its been discussed, and the final conclusion, is that its not that hard to keep a humid enclosure, as long as you use the right substrate, and enclosure type, with just a simple misting a day you can get the humidty up high and through out the day it will naturally lower down , so you are cycling the humidity as it would be in their native environment, plus the benifits of no neglecting the animal, as it forces you to obsere the animals while you are doing it, maybe you missed some poo, or the bowl is soiled, and so on. There are many tricks to owning these animals, but in general what you need to succesfully keep these animals can be found on said website and in said book. good luck, read up-d
