I have a growing juvenile BRB and feed her every week, but I just read another BRB care sheet that said almost all BRB's are overfed and should only be fed once every 2 weeks.
Wondering?
Should BRB's be fed weekly or bi-weekly or does it depend on the BRB's age or defication?

. IMO BRBs can be fed every week while they are young and growing. After they are a couple years old and not growing as much they should be fed less often so that they do not become obese. The size of the meal is as important as how often the snake is fed. IMO young BRBs should be fed enough so that they grow 12 to 18 inches per year for the first 2 or 3 years. After they reach maturity they will slow down their linear growth.

How would a care sheet know the status of every individual captive BRB? I don't understand how they could make this assumption, eve if it was true (which its not).

Sorry Jeff I can't recall the website, I was just surfing around the net but one thing I do remember about the website was that it was from the U.K. and thank you to all responded.
