Can someone please illustrate the difference b/t a regular tang. Honduran and a hypo tang. Honduran?

There is a vet in my area selling '03 Tang Honduran babies for $50 each, and they look hypo to me, but then again I've never kept up with milk morphs, so I don't know? This seems a more than fair asking price either way. Thanks for any help!
