Could my drought be over?

It's been a couple of years since I've had very many successful breedings. This year it's started looking like my luck would change, tonight was the best indication so far....

Hey,
Wow!! that is super sweet. Whose the lucky dad apart from your self. LOL! That is an awesome looking black girl too, she's almost patterned like an anaconda. Really lovely! Let me know what the status of the egg's is. Have you done any candling yet? Pictures of dad? would love to see one or some. All the best to you and your wonderful looking clutch of Sumatran short-tails and mama to be.

This pair is on loan to me from a friend. The male is originally from the Baldagos, the female from the Barkers. I'm not certain how the yellow head trait is passed, perhaps someone could divulge that info?
In setting the eggs up it looked like 23 good, one slug.
Now to wait -- and continue checking for other eggs.

Hey,
He is lovely! But I see that you've crossed an orange head to a black; that could be interesting in terms of the variation of the young. What size is that female, that she was able to carry such a large clutch. And what size is the papa?

P.S. I am not familiar with the Baldagos.

Thats a great ratio. It seems like they always leave room for improvement though.

Gun control isn't about guns,
it's about control.

Should have paid more attention in school. I should have learned to count. Still a good ratio though.
