I have a female that has the same thing. Have your snakes had a shed recently? Mine just shed, and it left a couple of dull scales. I just got them in so i oiled them down just to make sure there were no mites, so i just thought it was from the oil. I would keep your humidity up, and see if the skin comes off. If that doesn't work, take a wet paper towel, and see if you can get them off.

Hello,
I just got a ball python that was an adult, from a guy who couldnt care for her anymore, after a few days I noticed a few scales that were dull, didnt think much of it. But I have had her for about 4 or 5 weeks now and she shed like three days ago and now the dull spots are gone, so I would bet that the next time your ball sheds they will be gone, so I wouldn't worry about.
Peace
