Identification needed

Ok, I'm not exactly sure what kind of ringneck snake this is. Caught about 15 minutes from Exeter, California, all I know for sure is it is not a Coral-Bellied, San Diego, Monterey, Northern, Southern, Prairie or Key Ringneck. My best bet is that it's a Regal, but still not sure. Anyone know?

To me it looks like a Monterey or Pacific and it's within their range from what I can tell.

It's not a Monterey because of the range the snake was found in, no where near Monterey. I think Pacifics are more darkly colored.
